Cards that start in play

Hello,

I'm a total novice at this, and have no programing knowledge, but I managed to get a plugin working with cards that can be put into decks.

Is there a way of having a card each player starts with in play (like a stronghold from l5r, that kind of thing) and have a selection of these to chose from that is different from the card list?

That's what superzones are for.

You can look at the Harry Potter plugin for an example of this. One of the superzones is "Starting Character". When you start the game you just open that superzone and drag the one card onto the table.
