error: timed out pokemon tcg

hey guys, i downloaded lackey, got it running, but cant autoupdate the plugins my destination is

http://www.lackeyccg.com/pokemon/medium/updatelist.txt

but it keeps telling me

error: timed out while updating plugins

am i doing something wrong? i watched the tutorials but i cant download the plugin what gives?

any help will be greatly appreciated thanks!!

I have the same problem with the B5:CCG plugin: "error timed out while updating the plugin". Is there a solution?
