Constant Debug Warnings

I am getting debug warnings every ~15-45 minutes and getting booted from the server. My mtg plugin-in is says its up to date and my lackey is also. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem.

You on mac or windows?

Im on Mac, the warning looks like

Debug warning: Are you still connected? For realz?
Your connection to the server seems to have been severed.
You are now disconnected from the server.

Like I said before I can't really play an hour session without getting one at least.

That sounds like your network connection is dropping out.

Get a more stable network connection?
I'm not sure what your current network setup is, but anything you can do to make it more stable would probably help.
