Problem doesn't untap and tableitemscale

I have 2 actions don't work, so maybe i made a mistake:

1) i want to autoresize image scale to 80% so i added this line into plugininfo, but when i load my plugin, scale stay at the same % that i previously changed (105% in my test)

<definition><kind>TABLEITEMSCALE</kind><value>80</value></definition>

2) I use an action button to doesn't untap + turn 90? a card.
When i use this button on a card placed on the table : it's ok
When i use this button on a card placed on the hand : only turn 90? is working : red square doesn't appear AND when you put card into table the card refresh (so the action isn't activated)
