mtg plugin issue

just decided to update lackey after not playing for about a year, when i try to update the mtg plugin it always finishes with errors and the newest set is only som ( it does however have innistrad block listed under formats but no cards) 


i'm using http://www.angelfire.com/funky/magiclackey/medium/updatelist.txt , i have also tried the high version with the same result. can anyone help?
