Joining as a specator poll...

I initially had it so you automatically sit down and become a regular player if there is an empty seat. Now I am leaning towards just arriving as a spectator with the empty seat still there.

What do you guys think would be best?

Well considering you were aiming to spectate a game and not join it since there's probably one going on when you join I think it should leave you as a spectator without seating you.

Like many things, I prefer a client-side option, instead of having the program make decisions for the player.
