The first of those links was http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948619 which is a link to a site that contains several ideas to try. Which thing actually fixed it for you is what I'm asking.

I finally manged to get Lackey up and running. What ever you changed from your Nov 28th, and Dec 2nd downloads seems to have done the trick. Sorry I haven't been more on top of this problem. I have finals this up coming week. Thank you for all the help.
