Commander cards in magic plugin?

Will the new cards made for Commander be released in the magic plugin? All of the images can be found at http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/productarticle.aspx?x=mtg/tcg/commander/cig and the decklists are at http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/arcana/732. The cards should be in gatherer soon too.

They don't seem to be posting the cards as a proper set. Neither Gatherer or http://magiccards.info has it.

They definitely should be in the plugin tho, EDH is a huge reason to use a free online tool such as lackey over mtgo or irl cards

The cards are on gatherer now, can we get them in the plugin? That would be awesome! I can help do it, if it's a matter of man-power, I'm fairly familiar with the process.

What is modern?

Modern is a proposed format that Wizards is considering that would include every set released since the new frames were created (So 8th edition onward). It would not include special sets like Commander, and it would include the timeshifted cards even though they don't have the new frame. It's basically every core set and block from 8th edition to the present, and new sets released would be added to it without older sets ever dropping out.

Implementing modern into the format list should be super easy, right? And there are only like, 51 new card images needed for commander - this is a way smaller job than a whole set, and I think a lot of people want it.

Bort didn't sound offput by it all. He asked for a working link and some more information.

I think it's good to remember that Bort does all of this out of the goodness of his heart. Every update from him is something special we should be thankful for, not something we should just expect him to do.
