V. 11-24-10: How do I host a Server now?

The option to host a Server is gone from the Server tab. I cannot find the option anywhere else.

How can I host my own server??

It's a useful option for LAN play.

I'm working on improving this.
You don't need it if you are on a LAN. Just connect to eachother by the game host's LAN IP.

We (STCCG players) have a few players having trouble staying connected to the server. Within a few minutes of connecting the same player will keep being kicked from the server (lose connection). The opponent, if a game starts, typically won't notice the drop until the player doesn't respond. Even if the player hosts without a proxy the server will drop them and they will be lost from the game (which doesn't make sense?) I know it was experienced with the 12-02-10 and 12-06-10 (which were up to date at the time).

At first I thought this was regional as it was European players experiencing the problem, but at least one American player has experienced this.

Being able to host our own servers again might be helpful here.
