Lackey should incorporate a buddy list, and to be able to see if there online, or offline, see what game they're playing, and to be able to message them.

I like this however first we would need definite accounts. We've had some recent issues of some people copying others' names and mucking about.

IP banning is seldom as effective as it sounds. The vast majority of the people likely to be banned, learned real early that to continue acting like idiots they need to know how to get around bans. Which is one reason I'm going to be asking Trevor to implement some less obvious ways of protecting the userbase from trouble makers, like the ones that I've put into effect on the forum which have kept our spam bot traffic much lower than it used to be.

Even the account system by itself will only do so much, but with more measures taken behind the scenes hopefully we can get the situation under control soon.
