Where do I find new updates for games?

Ok so I have been using Lackey for a while now and I always have the worst time getting new plugins for new sets. I play L5R which is admittedly not as popular as some of the other games out there. Over the course of the last three sets I observed that posting updates was delayed for huge length of time and that the sets were not quite up to par either missing certain cards or lacking images.

Now with the new set having been out for well over a month, I see no indication that an update is ready or even on the way. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is this a sign that lackey is no longer supporting the game?

Lackey itself never supported the game per say. Typically one or a small group of people take on the task of maintaining a plugin. You'll need to contact whoever is the maintainer for that plugin (check to see if it's listed in the sticky thread on the plugin board).
