Proper disconnect when changing plugin

Changing plugin has always disconnected Lackey from the server.  Could I add a wishlist item that it tells the server you have disconnected, so when you try to connect it doesn't tell that someone with your name is still connected?

It's fairly trivial compared to the other errors
