Forum Cleanup

I'll be doing a cleanup of the forums around this time next week. My primary goal will be to get rid of any spam bots that have managed to slip through the cracks, as well as trim down the number of users who aren't active. To this end any account that has not logged in within the last 30 days will be deleted.

Forum cleanup is complete. Over 1300 members were deleted who were either spam bots or not logged in within the last 30 days. I also took this opportunity to run some integrity checks and optimize the database, to make the forum run smoother.

Hmmm.... 30 days is quite short, especially over the summer.  It caught me, for instance!

Sorry about that Picks, but a tad bit late on registering an opinion on 30 days being too short (actually 38 days considering that first post was just over a week ago). Anyhow, as you saw by my 2nd post the number of inactive accounts mixed with spam bots was just out of control.
