Lackey Servers are Down. Trevor please fix them!

The server has been going up and down inconsistently for the past week.
This is annoying as I want to get more people for my plugin cardfightuniverse but trivial stuff like this ruins the experience.
Please fix these server downtimes it's really annoying.
