Help building a Commander deck(s)

If there a better place to post this, i'll gladly delete/repost this in the right section.

I'm trying to build a block-based Commander deck. I've tried to build 2 different ones(massive failure) and tried to get someone to build it for me( all i got out of him was "do you think it should go in" and "if you want it in, add it"). My attempts to build are bad because i can take almost anything and use it. I'm best at Jund-type decks but i'll use anything. Add the fact that i can't see the big picture and my decks aren't so good. Plus i can't balance mana to save my life...

Bottom line, If i post my collection list for Lorwyn/Shadowmoor and Shards of Alara blocks, could i get some help building decks based around those with a few support cards added? I can also post the decklist for the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor Elemental Commander deck that was built last.
