Queen's Blade :The Duel - I need some assistance in making this

I have the card scans and the translations applied to the cards. I need to know where to go next step wise to implement these as a game for Lacky. I'd be more than happy to share the fruits of my labors.

Also, Anyone look into the actual Queen's Blade Battle Books? I know about QB Battle, but that automates the process and it keeps you from really learning how to play.
