Lotr TCG Plugin?

Apologies if I've missed this somewhere that should be obvious, but I'm having trouble finding the plugin for Decipher's LotR, is that still floating around somewhere?

i have it on my system, Since Trevor doesnt want to include the plugin finder on Lackey anymore it makes it hard to find working plugins on the web. Good Luck Finding it, if you do, look me up we could play..
