Changing table tilt from 3D to 2D

How i change the table where i play to 2d to 3d or 3d to 2d?

There are a bunch of ways.
To name a few...

alt(or option) + mouse scroll wheel while the cursor is over the table.

Click the tilt button about the table and then click and drag the table to control the tilt. There is also a Tilt 0 degrees button next to it.

Page up and page down keys tilt the table.

Home key toggles between flat and the last tilt angle.

Is there a command you can place into the plugin preferences that automatically defaults the table to flat?
