I can't download (Windows)

I'm having trouble downloading on my Windows XP. LackeyCCG.exe will not start.  I re-installed 3 times but I just keep getting this message:

I looked, and OpenPlay.dll is in the folder, but it just doesn't want to start. I tried using 2 different zip openers, but I got the same message on both of them. Please please PLEASE help! I'm such a newbie to this.

Windows XP has a kind of unzip built right in to it. Instead of using a separate program to unzip, try saving it to the desktop and just open it as you would any other folder, then drag out the LackeyCCG folder as one bundle.

When you unzip you need to preserve the file/folder hierarchy. Make sure OpenPlay.dll is adjacent to the LackeyCCG.exe.
