Having trouble with the CardGeneralURL

Downloading all the files needed for the plugin is working fine, except for card images. I'm trying Photobucket and various options with Dropbox, but it's just not working.

It downloads non-working files, which tells me it recognizes the files but isn't receiving them in the form of correct images.

Any help or alternatives would be appreciated! (I don't feel like doing Card URLs for this many individual cards)

I've attached a program to extract the links to card images so that you don't have to do manual labor to obtain them.  Source code included as well as an example result and the batch file necessary to run it.
