add roll d6?

can someone explain to a non savvy computer person like me how to add a roll 2 (d6) dice or 1 (d6) button to an already existing plugin? thank-you

Only plugin makers can alter the actual plugin. What you can do is make a macro in the canned message buttons.

Type "/rolld6 2" in the chat field and instead of hitting return, right click one of the canned message buttons. Any time after that, left click that canned message button to roll 2 D6s.
