Does anyone know of a CCG that uses the Warmachine/Hordes idea of having checkboxes on the card which are checked off with a dry-erase marker on the card sleeve?

I can't remember the name of it, but I do remember owning some cards from a game in which they had little scratch-off foil layers on the cards that you would remove as your characters got wounded resulting in their stats changing. Problem was, you could only really use them once...
