How can i install plugin on ipad?

I have the ipad version of lackey.
Installing the plugin through the link is pretty easy.

But i need now to install a folder. On the computer is easy. But on the ipad?
Ther is no way to open a folder.
Any other solution?

Are you trying to do this for decks? I have encountered a similar problem. I have not been able to find a solution.
