Game not responding and crash

sorry for being vague but i dont have the computer specs here with me, but i had some friends DL the interface and my plugin, they reach have laptops of various OS and dates, one of the computers freezes when loading the plugin while the other computers they have and both my laptop and my desktop have no problems, the interfaces settings are all default all across the board with all computers, so does anybody have an idea what the problem with the one could be? she says its a newer computer and should be up to date with all drivers.
       I had her reDL the interface and my plug in and it still gave us the program not responding error last night.
