Update issues

I'm running the MTG plugin in Lackey and I can't update it and I'm missing most of the cards from standard.

If I try to update Lackey itself then launch it I hear the noise when Lackey opens but it doesn't open normally. When I go into my Task Manager it shows that its running. I've tried deleting and redownloading.

I'm running Windows 8
