New Mega Man Universe CCG

Greetings everyone!

After extensive testing and revisions, I have decided to release a plugin which I have been developing for some time. The Mega Man Universe Customizable Card Game, or MMUCCG, is a plugin dedicated to recreating the Mega Man games. For your gaming pleasure, I've designed the first set of 87 cards based on the very first Mega Man. Each set will cover all the aspects of a single game.

The mechanics are relatively simple and building a deck is fast and easy. The goal is to score a set number of Victory Points before your opponent. The main way you score Victory Points is by making attacks against your opponent's Characters, which form the backbone of their deck. You can supplement this with 3 other types of cards:
- Tactics represent special attacks, items, events or other things. They have a huge variety in their effects.
- Minions represent enemies or minor characters. They serve to augment your Characters.
- Areas represent places or hazards. They serve to alter the rules to your advantage.
