Help With Creating a Plugin

So I just found LackeyCCG literally like ten minutes ago and I can already tell this is the perfect medium to play test a TCG I'm making (by myself). However, I do need to know how to make a plugin for the game so that I can allow the players of Lackey to try it out and tell me what they think. What are the components of a plugin? What goes into the creation of one? Thank you in advance for any useful answers.
