Unable to download Magic plugin

Hi,

I tried to download Magic plugin for some weeks now and I still get the same error:

Error: timed out while updating the plugin.

This happens as soon as I click 'Install or update from URL'. My Lackey is updated to newest version and I'm using http://www.angelfire.com/funky/magiclackey/high/updatelist.txt from http://lackeyplugins.com. Disabling firewall didn't help. I don't have any problems with other plugins, can download/update them without any issues.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
