Can't get plugin to load

I cannot get the plugin to load in for MTG. I've gone to the angel fire web site, typed in the plugin, restarted, done it again and I keep getting a message:

Error!! Can't find local updatelist.txt

anyone help? or have any ideas?

Try again. Maybe the site was offline for a bit or something.

I found out that I unzipped it wrong. That was the problem. Thanks though!
