There is no key binding function listed at all in key bindings, which I am used to using as Ctrl + R for overturn and Ctrl + D for draw

Since the new version came out none of my Key Bindings save, I set them and if I shut down lackey they do not save for the next time I open it.

I tried to host without the server being up with no success on Windows 7, disabled both my windows/router firewall, enabled port forwarding on TCP and UDP for 25711/25710 on my router and in my windows firewall settings as well, still not able to host without the server.
