Someone fixed the VS plugin and I updated the link to it.
This plugin can now be found in the plugin finder.

When you unzip you need to preserve the file/folder hierarchy. Make sure OpenPlay.dll is adjacent to the LackeyCCG.exe.

I moved to NY and my Internet will be online wednesday. After that the server will be on reliably.

Most of the time people report lackey not running it ends up being an outdated graphics card or driver or soemthing like that.
