The plugininfo.txt too, just to make sure it agrees with the data format of the card data files. All a plugin is, is pretty much plugininfo.txt, setlist.txt (which can contain as little as 2 words), and one or more card data files (which are essentially spreadsheets of card data).

Since you didn't post the files and didn't give any specifics, I can only respond "something's wrong."

Each card is unqiue? How very chaotic. Maybe use some sort of formula? That must be a pain when telling your friend what your deck list is. You would need to list every stat.

Or are there merely a small and finite amount of variations? Like "Trevor A", "Trevor B", "Trevor C" and so on?

I think the best solution is to add a counter or note to dishonored cards. It won't look exactly as it does with real cards, but it will be functionally identical.

Were you unaware that Lackey currently supports turning cards 0, 90, 270, and 360 degrees?

Lackey can import text files. You can also copy/paste decks. I have been too busy coding to update the tutorial.

You using medium or high version? Both should have those.

I assume you ran autoupdate?

Where are you typing? Is the cursor there?

Most of these things will be added if they aren't currently in. I don't know why you are using Change Owner for the Turn Face Down function when there is a turn face down function.

The best things to use are wav and jpg files. For bot.jpg and other avatar files, I suggest 200x200 or 100x100. They should be square and black backgrounds look the best because they blend in with Lackey's background when the table is tilted.
If you want more specifics as far as suggested sound format, open the inlcuded sound files and see what settings they have.
