Hey, I found a working link for Fire Emblem Cipher 0 on Serenes Forest website.
And here is the link to the txt file.

and it is working for me as of the date of this post.

I am not the maintainer, but found a working link for Fire Emblem Cipher 0. Found through Serenes Forest apparently it won't let me post a link to that website (feel free to google it yourself). However the link to the txt file is here.
