I would liek to ask for help. I installed LackeyCCG and magic plugin. Is there way how to swcth the game mode into EDH/commander game? Where is the commander zone? Or can soebody help me how the EDH is achived here?

There is no dedicated commander zone, but most people put their commander into the sideboard when building their deck, and then pull it out and put it in their corner of the field when playing a four-player match.
You have to think of playing on Lackey as if you are playing in real life, since there is no automation or rules enforcement.
If you don't fully understand, you can spectate an EDH match and you'll see how people play. (note: You can't see peoples' decks/hands/sideboards when spectating)
