Title: I want to see if I can build a plugin for a game I'm creating

You have no hand, just 6 cards always in your play area. These cards can be flipped over, to upgrade. The players have no decks of their own. There are two decks of face down cards in the middle. Is it possible to build a game like this on Lackey?
