We are using an update list http://dl.dropbox.com/s/o5n04ccl9qmc7gs/updatelist.txt for YuGiOh to expand the cards to include sets not quite yet included.
We have been having a problem with the card images we've tried both http://dl.dropbox.com/sh/x3o8dlzb4pe7l7s/AAAHETeMySgi0YVZ66fohL3ma for a place to have the card images
We can't find a way to make public and anyone that clicks that link just get's a 404, what are we doing wrong?
You actually answered your own question Feefers. The directory is not publicly accessible, so the images are not able to be pulled from it. Perhaps someone with more experience using dropbox and its settings can help point you in the right direction.
I thought that buuuuuut then I found a LOTR plugin that apparently has the same issue, when you go to the CardGeneralURLs it is also not publicly listed, you just get a 404, but the images for that plugin load ok.

Without seeing exactly how they have everything, the best guess I have at the moment is they link to individual images which are publicly accessible, where as trying to pull all images from a directory that isn't accessible won't work.
Thankies, hopefully someone that has done it via dropbox can provide some insight into how to trick it into working.
Dropbox can be a tricky one. AFAIK you can share things to the public if either you have premium OR your account was created before they made that change (not sure when, but some time ago).
I don't have premium however I can share. My Pokemon plugin link for the cards also returns a 404 if trying to access it via a browser however it does work in Lackey. My link is a bit different to yours though, it doesn't say dropbox.com
