So I modified the plugininfo file for the VS plugin.
I basically completely replaced everything in the file. It wasn't even using the <plugin> tags or any other tags for that matter.
I also renamed the folder from vs to VS.
Now when I play with my friend, we can't see each other's cards.
Does anyone know why? I mean the carddata file and all the images are the same.

Sounds like it was an old plugin from before Lackey 3.0...
Earlier versions of plugins relied on the plugininfo.txt to describe the card data files, you probably erased something import when you replaced everything. I'd suggest giving your friend a copy of your modified plugin.
