I tried to implement a updatelist.txt, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get past "Error: timed out while updating plugin", so I gave up and implemented a direct download (mostly). On a sidenote, Google Drive is terrible, but I used my old Google sites to try out the updatelist.txt, with similar results. (The updatelist inside the direct download one is just a skeleton and is not to one to be used for the updatelist.txt download).
Other than that, I hope that people enjoy the new update.

I dont know how recent this one is but you can download the entire plugin folder on pojo
on second thought, message me since I still have a pretty recent plugin. I even have sets not included in this plugin.
I can't find the new plugin for 2.0 I am looking for the Love Live and SAO pre-made decks.
