Hello,
I'm new to the forums and I don't know how to navigate around too well yet so I don't if these questions have been previously asked.
1) I just installed the MTG plugin but it only gives me cards from M14, the 3 Return to Ravnica sets, and Theros. I notice that the plugin has over 19k cards and its only showing me a little of 1k. Is there a way to make the other cards available?
2) Is there a Kaijudo plugin? I'm interested in taking a peak at it.

Sounds like you have a Format filter active. In the deck editor section, use the pulldown menu and select the forum of cards you want visible.
I have no knowledge of a Kaijudo lackey plugin. Some friends and I were just talking about it though. (The game in general, not a plugin.)
