I thought I would share my answers, since it took hours to come to the conclusions!
For the links, you get the share links from Dropbox, and then replace "https://www." with "http://dl."
(You must remove the security and replace the World Wide Web with Download.)
When you create new checksums, simply paste the new data into the old file, so you keep your URL.
It's really quite simple!
