Have you tried running it as admin?
I'm able to use it fine on my 40" with my resolution set to 3840x2160 @ 60Hz, 125% scale. No special settings or options used.
Only other thing I can think of is to make sure your video drivers are up to date. Try setting your desktop to a lower resolution and see if it works, at least then you could figure out if it's resolution issue or not.
I heared that sometimes the folder lackey is in can be an issue, not sure if it is the case here. May I ask where it is installed?
