...has some important sections missing from it and also broken links in the TOC. Is that info available somewhere else?

I'm reworking serveral pages, including that one. The new ones should be out in a few days.

Ah. Saw an "under construction" notice somewhere, but got confused since I had a clear memory I had seen the info earlier on :P
