anyone know why the CoC plugin will not work.. it updates but you can not load it?

Anyone got any idea why this wil not load form the plugin finder? Turns out if you download it with the OLD version of lackey and copy the folder into the new lackey it works fine.. but you can not install it though teh plugin finder?
If someone can tell me why it is like this maybe I can fix it?

The phase images look awesome btw.
If you can't load a plugin, it usually means you are missing cardback.jpg or plugininfo.txt. What downloads with http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/327207/CtuhlhuCcgLcg/updatelist.txt ?
Maybe it isn't downloading something correctly.
