Title: Cardfunction to read card attribute and make it the value of a counter?
Post by: newbeelcky on November 05, 2011, 07:18:06 PM

Is there a way to 'read' a card's attribute and display into a counter?
For example:
Name    Set ImageFile Type Blue  Red Green  Number Text
JBOND Ex1 James     Spy   100   75  50      007       Spay who came in from the cold

A card of name Jbond, type Spy has three attributes : Blue, Green, Red of appropriate
values.

Is there a card function that reads this and displays when the card is drawn and shown on the deck?

If anyone has a deck that does this please let me know.
Thanks in advance

This may seem like a good idea, but it's actually more trouble than it's worth. There's no great way for Lackey to know what you want to do, and do it only when you want to do it. Even if this function would work as you want it to 90% of the time it happens, that 10% is extremely annoying, confusing, and can potentially ruin the game if you forget what the value should have been before it was automatically changed when you didn't want it to be.

It really is a simple matter to add counters to a card, and there are about 10 different ways to do it. http://lackeyccg.com/tutorialgame.html#table
