I have the plugin if anyone wants to host it. It appears the previous host is a broken link now. I don't know who was maintaining it before or if this is planned on being fixed soon.
Sorry for the mega necro, but I was wondering if it was possible for you to just post a download file somewhere so we could manually download & install the plugin.
I've made a Flash Duel plugin, and was about to start a Yomi plugin, but if there was one already, I would be more then glad to maintain the plugin. Mind linking me a zip of it?
