Trevor I would like to supply a download for the lackeyccg on my site

the reason being is so that players can download lackey and my megaman plugin from my site all in one download
if you are not okay with this, may I provide a direct link to the download from your site?

Please just link to Lackey. Installing a plugin is very easy and it isn't worth repackaging the program with a plugin and distributing it separately. Lackey updates are pretty frequent, and what you would most likely be hosting is an outdated version of Lackey which people would then also need to update. And since they got it from your site in the first place, they may erroneously assume that they can get the latest version from your site. And there are other complications as well. And not having everyone use the same version of Lackey can cause major problems.
So it's best just to have Lackey downloaded from http://lackeyccg.com/downloads.html. You can have your plugin downloaded zipped or as an autoupdate updatelist (or both) and it should be pretty easy to install.

yea thats a good point, having to updtae after downloading would be a pain
