Talk to me on AIM if you can. Try putting the new lackey into the old lackey folder. Here is the link to the .exe.

I see your OS is windows 7 64 bit.
Try running autoupdate, restarting, and then trying it again.

This seems to be another case of Lackey not working because someone's drivers are out of date. Here is a post from city of heroes with someone experiencing the same issue with that game.
