Free spreadsheet program for editing card data.

For those people who want to make or update a plugin, but don't have excel or any other spreadsheet program, I just tested and google has a free web-based spreadsheet program that can edit lackey card data files fine.

One note about using it, you need to save the file as text once you are done updating it. It will download with a suffix called ".tsv". You will need to manually rename the file to ".txt". I'm not exactly sure why they don't have .txt as the suffix to begin with because it appears to be regular tab delimitted text, which is what Lackey uses.

OpenOffice Calc, part of the OpenOffice suite, is a nice one too.

There's also a version which can be stored and run off a flash drive, which is what I use.

This is generally recommended piece of software. It's a (legally) free Microsoft Word. It can read and save .doc files, and it can also create and read it's own open .odf format.
