Not quite yet. I think installing a plugin by pasting a URL isn't too bad.

it is when half the plugin urls you find on google are old versions or dead links..

Well, that was also the problem with any list I attempted to maintain. Maintaining an up-to-date list of plugins (not to mention updating those plugins) is a full time job. That is a job that I don't have time to do because I'd rather be coding.

If someone else wants to maintain a list, it would be easy for me to toggle that functionality back on in lackey. But then again, people would need to enter in that URL. It would give access to all plugins, but it would still require a user to enter a URL.
