Title: secure>Preferences.txt is overriding plugin defaultchat.txt

I can't get the canned messages in the starwars defaultchat.txt file to appear because the CANNEDMESSAGES in the secure>Preferences.txt file are overriding it.

Help?

I actually just redid how canned messages works, adding some cool new stuff. Wait until I post it (soon) and let me know if you still have a problem.
